Introduction

The BS-6045 series research inverted metallographic microscope can place samples above the objectives and observe them from below, and is widely used in industries such as steel, automotive, machinery and electronics. In cases where the sample is uneven or has a large volume, placing the sample on a platform can facilitate and facilitate quick observation. BS-6045 can be used for large and heavy samples weighing less than 30kg, suitable for magnification observation ranging from tens to thousands of times. BS-6045 is for bright field, dark field, polarizing and DIC observation.

Features

1.Mechanical Stage

Three-layer mechanical stage, maximum load capacity: 30kg. The spacious workspace is suitable for placing large and heavy samples. The surface of the stage is scratch resistant and suitable for observing materials of various materials and shapes. At the same time, there are various stage pallets and holders, meeting the observation and analysis of various small-sized samples. The flexible low position handle ensures the accuracy and comfort of sample movement.

 

 

 

2.Metallurgical specialized objectives

With carefully selected high-transparent glass and advanced coating technology, precise color reproduction is ensured. For various detection needs, there are multiple objectives to choose from, including high-resolution, polarized light, and ultra long working distance objectives.

 

3.Multi optical ports

Optical ports are installed at the microscope head and on both sides for connecting cameras and various application extension accessories. By means of a light splitting lever, the splitting ratio of different optical paths can be achieved, making conversion quick and convenient. Optional C-mount adapters of 0.5X, 0.7X and 1X are available to meet different imaging needs.

 

 

4.Intermediate magnification switching

With built-in turret magnification changeover structure, quick switching between 1x and 1.5x can be achieved, making the sample details clearer and the results more reliable.

 

5.Kohler illumination

Koehler illumination is known as the perfect illumination system for microscopes, which provides perfect brightness and uniform field of view while making it possible to expand the functions of microscopes.

 

6.Multi adjusting sliders

Field diaphragm and iris aperture can be used to adjust the field of view and the clarity of imaging, as well as to some extent adjust aberrations. The aperture and filters can easily adjust the brightness or color of light. The analyzer slider can adjust polarizing observation and DIC imaging. Multiple sliders are used in combination to ensure high-quality imaging.

 

 

 

7.Six-positionobservation module turret

It adopts a six-position turntable structure. The turret can be easily taken out from the microscope body and convenient to place different observation modules. When in use, just turn the dial to change in observation mode, with accurate positioning and convenient use.

 

8.Low position knob

The knob of coaxial focusing system, the stage moving handle and brightness adjustment are designed with a low position, allowing users to operate the microscope in the most comfortable posture of putting hand on the table.

 

9.45°inclined viewing head

Whether sitting or standing, the users can observe in a natural posture to reduce fatigue. Meanwhile, the interpupillary distance of the viewing head and the diopter of the eyepieces can be adjusted, meeting the usage habits of different users.

 

10.Microscope status display

There is an LCD screen on BS-6045B showing the microscope status:

11.Brightness memory function

BS-6045B can remember the illumination brightness of using each objective and automatically adjust the light intensity to the corresponding brightness of each objective when different objectives are converted to each other, reducing visual fatigue and improving work efficiency.

12.Touchscreen, achieving fully motorized control

There is a touch screen at the front of BS-6045C, which can achieve almost all microscope operations, including motorized focusing, stage movement, objectives selection, intermediate magnification conversion, side optical ports selection, aperture adjustment, multifunctional turntable conversion and other functions. The control handle is integrated on the right side of the body, greatly saving desktop space.
