BS-6014 is designed for people who need to work at a desk in front of a microscope every day. The transmitted and reflected illumination are both LED lamp, with adjustable color temperature, providing true color images at all brightness levels. The display screen is paired with an encoder type nosepiece and illuminator, making microscope operation simple and clear. It is capable of meeting the routine microscopy requirements in areas such as metallography, earth science, forensic examination, sampling quality control and material research. It also collaborates with metallographic software platforms to achieve functions such as photo shooting, data analysis, and image display. This is a truly suitable metallurgical microscope for various environments, with comprehensive functions, simple operation, and easy maintenance.

LED illumination

LED illuminator provides illumination for observation methods such as bright field, oblique lighting, and polarizing, with adjustable color temperature. It can provide true color images at all brightness levels. It has long service life, no need to frequently replace light bulbs. Low heat generation, no risk of overheating, no need for a cooling fan, creating a quiet and interference free working environment. Due to the various advantages of LED lighting sources, they are replacing traditional halogen light sources and becoming the preferred light source for microscopes.

Breaking through the conventional light source conversion mode

Both the transmitted light source and the reflected light source are linked with a multifunctional turntable. Compared with conventional button type switching buttons, the light source turret conversion is more convenient and more suitable for beginners.

 

Microscope status display function

The LCD screen at the front of the microscope can display the usage status of the microscope, including magnification, light intensity, standby mode, etc.

 

Brightness memory function

It can remember the illumination brightness of using each objective and automatically adjust the light intensity to the corresponding brightness of each objective when different objectives are converted to each other, reducing visual fatigue and improving work efficiency.

Multiple objectives for choose from

We offer objective ranging from 2.5X-100X that are suitable for various observation modes. Using a 2.5X overview objective can identify the macroscopic structure in the sample, and switching to 100X to observe the alloy edges and material cracks. The conversion of different observation methods can provide a detailed understanding of your sample.

 

Convenient transportation and storage

There is a dedicated handling handle on the back of the microscope body, which is lightweight, stable, and structurally sturdy. The microscope backplate is designed with a hub device, which effectively stores long power cords to improve laboratory cleanliness, and also to reduce tripping accidents caused by long power cords during transportation.

 

 

 

Large scale panoramic imaging

The software provides manual stitching function to provide panoramic images for samples beyond the field of view. By collecting or importing images in real-time, they can be quickly stitched together to form a large-sized and high-resolution image.

 

Real time/static measurement

Typical observations and quality control require interactive measurement functions, such as distance, angle, rectangle, circle, and ellipse. All measurement data of this system can be exported as Microsoft Excel sheets.

 

Deth of field fusion and 3D reconstruction

The software provides depth of field fusion and 3D reconstruction functions, both of which can be used in real-time HDR mode. After using the depth of field fusion function, users will receive a 3D reconstructed model that can be imported and displayed in the 2.5D module.

HDR image

Metallographic samples often have uneven surfaces and severe reflection, which makes it difficult to observe subtle material structures and defect states during observation. The image quality of unclear crystal texture and surface state may affect the judgment of acceptance and measurement results.

By using HDR mode, it is easy to observe the dazzling crystal parts in the metallographic structure that are difficult to observe with conventional mode, improving the accuracy of the image, reducing misjudgment, and increasing the reliability of the measurement.

Application

In addition to traditional reflection and transmission bright field, BS-6014 can also be equipped with observation methods such as oblique illumination and polarizing to increase imaging contrast, making it suitable for more application scenarios, such as pharmaceutical chemical engineering, materials research, quality assessment, cleanliness analysis and public inspection methods.
