BS-4040RF is widely applied in industrial inspection and metallurgical analysis. New designed of long working distance metallurgical objectives to provide excellent image. You can get clear and sharp image under various kind of observations. BS-4040RF have complete accessories to meet different demand of combination. The ergonomic design frame has precision mechanical structure.

Features

1.Infinity tilting trinocular head

The erect gemel trinocular head, same direction and same moving direction for objective and image, easy to view and operate.

2.Long working distance metallurgical objectives

New design of long working distance professional metallurgical objectives. Use semi-apochromatic and multilayer broadband coating technology, image clear and sharp in the whole field, color nature and bright. Long working distance design, W.D. 7.9mm for 50X, W.D.2.1mm for 100X, and there is 20X ultra-long working distance metallurgical objective, which greatly expands the application field of BS-4040RF. Complete set of bright/darkfield objectives, luminance of darkfield illumination reaches double more than traditional.

3.Large moving range stage

4″/6″ stage, suitable for the use of wafer or FPD inspection, as well as small size sample of array inspection. 4″ double layers mechanical stage, moving range 105x105mm. 6″ three-layer mechanical stage, reflection illumination moving range 158mm x 158mm, transmission illumination moving range: 100mm x 100mm, with clutch handle for fast moving. The stages can be replaced each other via using the stage adaptor.

4.Safety, steady body construction

Industrial detection level microscope body, low center of gravity, high stability metal body, can improve the shakeproof and image stability. Preposed low position coaxial coarse and fine focus system, built-in 100-240Vwide voltage. Perfect cooling system for long time use without overheating.

5.High-performance nosepiece

Precision bearing design for nosepiece, comfortable and positioning accurate, good concentricity, different kind of nosepiece for option. It’s possible for users to choose BD quintuple nosepiece, bright field sextuple nosepiece or septuple nosepiece according to different requirements.

6.Different for option

BD reflected illuminator: with variable aperture diaphragm, field aperture, and center can be adjusted; switching mechanism for light and dark field.

Transmission illumination: both reflection and transmission illumination, transmission bulb is single 5W white LED, with N.A. 0.5 condenser. Transmission and reflection illumination can operate separately or work together.

Application

1.Bright field observation (Reflected illumination)

Kohler reflected illumination, infinity long working distance plan achromatic metallurgical objectives ensure image clear, flat and sharp from low to high magnification.

2.Dark field observation

Pull the transfer stick to dark field position to observe scratch, impurity dot and other small defect of the sample surface. Built-in attenuator reduces the intensity of light change to eyes when switching between bright field and dark field.

3.Simple polarizing observation

Insert polarizer and analyzer to suitable position of illuminator for polarizing observation. Fixed type and 360 ° rotation type analyzer for options.

4.DIC observation

Based on orthogonality polarizing, insert DIC prism to match DIC observation. Using DIC technology can show obvious emboss for the small high-low difference, increase the image contrast. It can match objectives with DIC function to insure the interference colors same of the whole field of view. Differential interference result is excellent, and DIC result of high magnification objectives is good as well.

1.Photo and video accessories

Trinocular head comes with video accessories, user can get the image from monitor or computer, to do image analysis, processing, saving or transmitting. Use a special C mount and a relay lens, and connect with a digital camera to take photos and catch images.
